Head of Player Development and 15U Head Coach - Keith Forbes is a local resident from Malden, who is now considered one of the top baseball instructors in New England and works with many of the up-and-coming, young pitchers and hitters in the area. In 1996, Keith was awarded a full scholarship to play baseball at Division 1 Troy State University. In 1997-1998, he went 9-2 with a 3.28 ERA. His pitching success in college led to him being drafted in the 1998 Major League Draft by the San Diego Padres. He spent 5 years in the Padres organization. In 2000, Keith led all of the minor leagues in appearances with 74 between A Rancho Cucamonga and AA Mobile Bay Bears (Padres Farm System). Over the years, Keith has been affiliated with several other professional, independent baseball leagues including the Quebec Capitals of the Can Am League.  Keith is one of only 3 certified National Pitching Association members in New England.

14U Head Coach - James Heartquist

13U Head Coach - Dan Jalbert graduated from Danvers High School in 1994 and St. Lawrence University in 1998, serving as team Captain in his senior year at both. He was also the starting varsity catcher for both his junior and senior years in high school and college. Dan has served as head coach in 12U and 13U AAU, an assistant coach at Danvers High School, and currently as an assistant coach at Emmanuel College. He has played during the summer for the past 8 seasons in the Boston MABL and Yawkey Leagues as a perennial all-star catcher and DH.
